Vice President of Operations
Overview
The Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the company’s operational strategies across all divisions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the VP of Operations provides leadership and oversight to the Director of Operations, Director of Fleet Operations, and Director of Title and Registration.
This role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, and driving performance to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Direct daily operations across departments to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Drive operational consistency and process integrity across all business units.
Strategic Execution
Collaborate with the COO to develop and execute operational strategies that support the company’s long-term goals.
Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans for each operational division.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and business scalability.
Department Oversight
Provide leadership and guidance to the Director of Operations, Director of Fleet Operations, and Director of Title and Registration.
Ensure departmental goals align with company-wide objectives and service expectations.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments to promote efficiency and shared accountability.
Performance and Process Optimization
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Standardize operating procedures and introduce best practices to increase productivity.
Utilize technology and data-driven insights to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
Team Leadership and Development
Mentor and develop department directors to build strong leadership pipelines.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.
Encourage cross-functional cooperation and alignment among operational teams.
Customer and Client Focus
Ensure operational practices enhance customer satisfaction and support high service standards.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve escalated operational issues promptly.
Maintain a strong focus on service reliability and responsiveness.
Risk, Compliance, and Resource Management
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards across all operational areas.
Manage operational risks and implement preventive measures.
Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, assets, and technology, in coordination with the COO and CFO.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Lead initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Recommend and implement new tools, technologies, and systems that enhance operational performance.
Support the COO in advancing company-wide initiatives and long-term operational excellence.
