Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance IT solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and business systems.
- Evaluate business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements, integration needs, and automation opportunities.
- Maintain and optimize infrastructure components including servers, networking, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Perform system upgrades, monitor performance, and ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, resolving incidents efficiently with root-cause analysis.
- Support migration and modernization of legacy systems to cloud-based platforms and SaaS tools.
- Implement and manage cloud-based services, focusing on performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripting, APIs, and tools like Power Automate.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices across systems, devices, and user environments.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts; manage firewalls, antivirus, patching, and user access controls.
- Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and development of IT policies and procedures.
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to provide data visibility across operations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data validation.
- Collaborate with business users to identify KPIs and data needs.
- Work with APIs, middleware, and low-code platforms to integrate systems such as ERP, CRM, or logistics tools.
- Assist in the deployment and support of enterprise applications and internal tools.
- Provide technical guidance on software evaluations and system enhancements.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal users across departments.
- Create clear documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for system configurations and support processes.
- Train team members and end-users on system usage and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in IT engineering, infrastructure, or solution design roles.
- Proficiency in Windows, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with business systems (ERP, CRM, TMS) and enterprise IT environments.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, or data transformation tools.
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations-driven industries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
