Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processor – Dispatching professional to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless order management, accurate dispatching, and efficient logistics coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, demonstrates exceptional multitasking capabilities, and maintains a strong commitment to precision and timeliness. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately process, review, and confirm incoming orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. 

  • Coordinate and schedule dispatching of orders, optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency and accuracy. 

  • Monitor order progress from placement to fulfillment, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies. 

  • Prioritize and assign orders based on urgency, customer requirements, and logistical feasibility. 

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. 

  • Track shipments, update order statuses, and resolve any unforeseen delays or challenges in real time. 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for order-related inquiries, providing timely updates and resolutions. 

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, vendors, and transportation partners to uphold service excellence. 

  • Address order discrepancies, returns, or modifications with a problem-solving mindset. 

  • Ensure all documentation, including invoices, shipping manifests, and order records, is accurate and properly maintained. 

  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols to uphold compliance standards. 

  • Continuously evaluate processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements and automation opportunities. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in order processing, dispatching, logistics, or a related field is preferred. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of dispatching software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). 

  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage high volumes of orders with precision and efficiency. 

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and resourceful in addressing real-time logistical challenges. 

  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and proactive in both written and verbal correspondence. 

  • Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. 

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a continually evolving, fast-growing business landscape.
