- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions across backend and frontend frameworks.
- Utilize .NET to build efficient and secure server-side logic and APIs.
- Develop interactive, dynamic web interfaces using React and Next.js.
- Implement and optimize SQLC data access logic and write complex SQL queries.
- Apply QA/QC methodologies to uphold code integrity and operational reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Mentor junior developers and provide architectural guidance when needed.
- Drive automation and continuous integration practices.
- Stay up to date with modern technologies and contribute to technical strategy.
- 7–12 years of relevant professional software development experience.
- Mastery of .NET (C#) and web frameworks including React and Next.js.
- Strong SQL proficiency, with working knowledge of SQLC.
- Demonstrated application of QA/QC processes in development life cycles.
- Understanding of source control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Prior leadership experience in software projects or teams.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Starting salary: $120,000+ annually, final compensation to be negotiated and determined based on experience and role alignment.
