Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage vehicle registration, including the issuance of temporary tags and processing DMV-related documentation across multiple states, ensuring full compliance with each state's unique requirements.
- Accurately enter and maintain vehicle data across various state-specific online portals while ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines.
- Research and interpret multi-state DMV regulations to ensure compliance with evolving legal and procedural requirements.
- Maintain meticulous records of all registration transactions, supporting documentation, and communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to resolve discrepancies and expedite processing.
- Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously while maintaining the highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify and resolve registration issues promptly and effectively, exercising sound judgment and resourcefulness.
- Stay current on legislative changes impacting vehicle registration and licensing procedures across all applicable states.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and urgency.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to process high volumes of complex information accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to research, comprehend, and apply multi-state regulations with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in utilizing state-specific online portals and maintaining digital and physical records.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry-specific software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in DMV-related processes is a plus.
